Club Head Positioning

The leading edge of the club head is ideally positioned in the center of the body in the setup, centered and perpendicular to the target line.

Keeping the leading edge of the club head in the center of the body positions the club behind the spot where it will strike the ground during the forward swing. Consequently by positioning the club head in the center of the body this also shortens the length that the arms must move during the backswing creating greater consistency and accuracy.
