Follow Through

Front View Checkpoints
Club Head: On plane. Leading edge of club face square to plane.
Shaft: Straight line from leading shoulder to club head.
Wrists / Hands: Leading and trailing wrists uncocked.
Arms: Leading and trailing arms fully extended. Leading arm in line with leading leg.
Shoulders: Leading shoulder higher than trailing shoulder (slightly more than at impact). Trailing shoulder slightly rotated in front of the torso in response to trailing arm extension.
Head / Torso: Head over trailing knee. Head in line with the spine. Slight counter clockwise rotation of torso in response to trailing shoulder rotation.
Hips: Slight counterclockwise rotation of hips in response to torso rotation.
Legs / Knees: Leading knee directly over leading foot. Trailing leg angled more towards target the in the setup.
Feet: Flat on ground with the weight predominately on the leading side.

Side View Checkpoints
Club Head: On plane. Leading edge of club face square to plane.
Shaft: On plane. Straight line from center of trailing arm to club head.
Wrists / Hands: Leading wrist flat. Trailing wrist fully uncocked and partially unhinged.
Arms: Both arms fully extended on plane.
Shoulders: Slight counterclockwise rotation of hips in response to trailing arm extension. Trailing shoulder slightly closer to target line than leading shoulder.
Head / Torso: Head in line with spine. Slight counterclockwise rotation of torso in response to trailing shoulder rotation. Posture is maintained.
Hips: Slight counterclockwise rotation of hips in response to torso rotation. Trailing hip slightly closer to target line than leading hip. Leading hip is slightly open to target line.
Legs / Knees: Leading knee is flexed over leading foot. Trailing knee moves slightly closer to target line than leading knee in response to hip rotation.
Feet: Flat on ground with the weight predominately on the leading side.
