Waist (Hip) Alignment |

The hips form the base of the
spine and automatically align when the spine
positioning is established. When viewed from the front the leading hip
is slightly higher than the trailing hip. When viewed from the side,
a line drawn from the leading hip to the trailing hip is parallel to the
target. See pictures for further clarification. |
