Waist (Hip) Alignment

The hips form the base of the spine and automatically align when the spine positioning is established. When viewed from the front the leading hip is slightly higher than the trailing hip. When viewed from the side, a line drawn from the leading hip to the trailing hip is parallel to the target. See pictures for further clarification.
