Single Plane: Refers to the relationship between the arms and the club. To achieve a single plane a straight line should be formed between the leading arm and the club shaft.

Spine Tilt: Refers to the proper alignment of the torso (spine) during setup. See spine positioning for more information.

Stable Stance: A stable stance promotes a lateral shift of your body toward the target during the forward swing and adds stability to the swing by reducing your tendency for your body to want to rotate.

T

Trailing Arm: Universal for right or left handed golfers. This is defined as the body part outlined that is farthest from the intended target.

U

Uncocked: A position defined as when the arm is extended straight out and horizontally to the ground the wrist should be at an angle approximately 45? to the extended arm. See Illustrated photo as an example.
