Club Head Positioning:
The leading edge of the club head is ideally positioned in the center of the body in the setup, centered and perpendicular to the target line.

Hip (Waist) Positioning:
Naturally
follows the positioning of the spine tilt and acts as a counterbalance to
the spine tilt. Works in conjunction with spine tilt. See also:

Leading Arm:
Universal for right or left handed
golfers. This is defined as the body part that is closest to the intended
target.

Single Plane:
Refers to the relationship between the
arms and the club. To achieve a single plane a straight line should be
formed between the leading arm and the club shaft.
Spine
Tilt: Refers
to the proper alignment of the torso (spine) during setup. See
spine positioning for more information.
Stable Stance:
A stable
stance promotes a lateral shift of your body toward the target during
the forward swing and adds stability to the swing by reducing your
tendency for your body to want to rotate.

Trailing Arm:
Universal for right or left handed golfers. This is defined as the body
part outlined that is farthest from the intended target.
U
Uncocked:
A position defined as when the arm is
extended straight out and horizontally to the ground the wrist should be
at an angle approximately 45? to the extended arm. See Illustrated
